You’ll own projects end to end - from planning through close-out - working closely with development, finance, operations, consultants, and site teams to move projects forward collaboratively.

This role calls for strong leadership, no ego, and the ability to influence across all levels, from trades to senior executives. If you enjoy solving complex problems, taking ownership, and delivering projects that matter to communities, you’ll fit well here

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead the full project lifecycle, including:

Project Leadership & Delivery

Owning projects from early planning through construction, turnover, and close-out

Collaboration & Coordination

Working closely with Superintendents, Project Coordinators, consultants, and internal teams
Partnering with Development on Lark-led projects to balance commercial, design, and delivery priorities
Coordinating stakeholders to ensure alignment and avoid execution bottlenecks

Risk, Planning & Controls

Proactively identifying and managing project risks
Developing and maintaining realistic schedules, budgets, and forecasts
Surfacing issues early and proposing practical solutions - not just reporting problems

Team Leadership & Development

Leading and supporting Project Coordinators and other PM staff
Creating clarity, accountability, and momentum across project teams
Actively developing people - building capability, confidence, and ownership

Communication & Accountability

Providing clear, concise updates to leadership and stakeholders
Managing consultants, vendors, and contracts with confidence and professionalism
Ensuring documentation, reporting, and controls are fit for purpose - not bureaucratic

Safety & Values

Championing a strong safety culture in partnership with site leadership
Leading in a way that reflects Lark’s values: Drive, Authentic, Respect, Elevate, Safety, and Bold

Who You Are

You’re a solid to Sr Project Manager with experience delivering complex construction projects
8 +Years of experience as a Sr Project Manager
You’re driven, decisive, and comfortable leading in ambiguity
You take ownership and push work forward without waiting to be told
You’re collaborative, grounded, and low-ego - respected by site teams and leadership alike
You balance commercial awareness with care for people and outcomes
You’re energized by pace, responsibility, and meaningful work
You value clarity, honesty, and doing things properly - even when it’s hard

Why This Role Is Different

You’ll work on **projects that genuinely matter to communities**
You’ll be trusted to lead, not micromanaged
You’ll have real influence over how projects are delivered
You’ll work in an environment that values judgment, accountability, and momentum over rigid process
You’ll be part of a team that expects a lot - and supports you to deliver it

What We Offer
