Role Description The Medical Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Edmonton, AB, responsible for providing front-desk support and ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and families. Day-to-day tasks include greeting patients, checking them in and out, managing appointment scheduling and reminders, and handling phone calls, emails, and fax communications in a professional manner. The role involves maintaining accurate patient information, processing referrals, coordinating with clinical staff, and supporting efficient flow in the clinic. The Medical Receptionist also assists with handling medical records, and following privacy, confidentiality, and clinic policies. This position works closely with the care team to support a smooth patient experience and timely access to pediatric dermatology services.
Qualifications
