About Lawbrokr
Lawbrokr is the digital marketing & intake platform for law firms. We help firms turn more of their marketing into signed clients with high-converting landing pages, smart intake forms, and attribution that shows exactly which campaigns drive real cases. We're a small, fast-moving team, and we want every firm we work with to feel like they have a growth partner, not just another piece of software.
The Role
As our first Account Manager, you'll own the customer relationship from the moment a firm signs. You'll get them live fast, show them the results they're getting, grow their accounts and turn them into advocates. It's a high-ownership role working directly with leadership, sales, product and engineering.
What You'll Do
- Onboard: run kickoffs, coordinate launches and train firm teams
- Report: lead monthly check-ins and quarterly reviews on leads, conversion and attribution
- Advise: recommend marketing and intake improvements that drive more signed cases
- Retain: monitor account health, flag risk early and own renewals
- Grow: find upsell, cross-sell and referral opportunities
- Support: be the first point of contact and work with engineering to resolve issues
- Advocate: turn happy customers into reviews, case studies and referrals
- Build: create our account management playbook and bring customer insights to the roadmap
What You Bring
- 2+ years in account management or customer success at a B2B SaaS company, digital marketing agency or legal-tech vendor
- Fluency in digital marketing/data attribution
- Confidence presenting results to law firm leadership teams
- Commercial instinct: comfortable asking for the renewal, the upsell and the referral
- Strong organizational skills across many accounts
- A builder's mindset and comfort with startup pace
Bonus Points
- Experience with law firms, legal marketing, or tools like Clio, Lawmatics or Filevine
Why Lawbrokr
- Shape the role as our first Account Manager
- A direct line to leadership and real influence on the product
- Competitive base + performance bonus, benefits and flexible hybrid/remote work
