Project Manager
Edmonton & Calgary, Alberta
Deveraux is one of Western Canada’s leading real estate development, construction, and property management organizations, with more than $1.3 billion in assets under management and a growing portfolio of award-winning residential communities across the Prairies. As the company continues to expand its presence in Alberta, we are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our growing teams in both Edmonton and Calgary.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Project Manager will play a key role in delivering high-quality multi-family residential developments from pre-construction through project completion. Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and trade partners, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and overall project execution.
The successful candidate will provide leadership throughout the construction process, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the high standards that have become synonymous with the Deveraux brand. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a significant pipeline of current and future developments across Alberta while helping shape the communities where people live and thrive.
The Ideal Candidate
You are a collaborative and results-oriented construction professional with a track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. You bring experience overseeing project budgets, schedules, procurement, quality control, and stakeholder relationships, along with a strong understanding of construction methodologies and industry best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Five or more years of experience managing construction projects valued at more than $20 million
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, consultants, and trade partners
- Knowledge of project management principles, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Experience with Procore and/or a PMP designation would be considered assets.
Why This Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization with a secure five-year development pipeline and an ambitious growth strategy across Western Canada. Deveraux offers competitive compensation, a collaborative culture, and the chance to work alongside experienced leaders who value innovation, initiative, and professional growth.
You will have the opportunity to influence projects from design through completion, contribute ideas that help shape the organization’s future, and leave a lasting impact on the communities being built throughout Alberta.
