We're looking for a Client Operations Specialist to own the end-to-end rollout and quality assurance of our direct client campaigns at Leads.io.

From pre-launch preparation to live campaign management and post-campaign checks, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly, accurately and to the highest standard.

Core responsibilities:

Building the client relationship during setting up new campaigns and ongoing campaigns
Responsible for data input and aligning all the necessary systems in setting-up a new campaign
Making sure to administrate all important details about the clients (i.e. invoicing)
Aligning client request to internal team as well as providing answers to both sides that are important to run a successful campaign
Overlooking the big picture of running campaigns and managing it in a way that is timely, efficient and profitable for the company
Responsible for arranging the post-campaign reporting for our Business Developers and
Marketing teams and also help provide the client with important insights/learnings for future campaigns
