As the Sr. Identity & Access Management Specialist you will support the operation, governance, technical enablement, and continuous improvement of IAM services across Ledcor.
This role combines IAM service delivery responsibilities, including identity lifecycle management for human and non-human identities, access requests, privileged access, access reviews, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination, with hands-on support for IAM platforms, integrations, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and implementation activities under established IAM standards and direction.
You will work closely with business, security, infrastructure, application, and vendor teams, this role interprets business and technology requirements, recommends IAM solutions, guides implantation activities, exercises independent judgment, and resolves complex IAM issues to support secure, consistent, and auditable identity and access management practices. Serving as a subject matter resource for IAM capabilities and provides guidance on the application of IAM standards, controls, and best practices.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of IAM platforms, integrations, authentication controls, provisioning workflows, and identity services across Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate access requirements into secure IAM solutions, including access models, process documentation, testing, and implementation coordination.
- Manage the lifecycle of human and non-human identities, including users, applications, service accounts, workload identities, automation accounts, agentic AI identities, and privileged accounts, ensuring least privilege, segregation of duties, ownership, and audit compliance
- Serve as an IAM subject matter expert, resolving complex issues and advising project teams and stakeholders on IAM capabilities, security requirements, implementation approaches, and standards
- Coordinate access reviews and recertification campaigns, including privileged access reviews, and maintain IAM reporting, procedures, access records, documentation, and audit evidence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- IAM, PAM, or identity governance certifications/training considered an asset
- 6+ years of progressive IAM experience, including service delivery, platform support, access lifecycle management, PAM, governance, and IAM initiatives
- Experience supporting enterprise IAM services, including platforms, integrations, automation, application access models, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms, identity services, PAM, SSO/MFA, and provisioning workflows; knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM
- Strong understanding of IAM governance, identity lifecycle, non-human identities, access reviews, privileged account reviews, least privilege, segregation of duties, remediation, and control documentation
- Ability to translate access requirements into IAM solutions, application access models, roles, groups, and controls
- Strong technical and developer mindset, with experience in APIs, integrations, automation, testing, troubleshooting, and service improvements
- Experience governing service accounts, workload identities, automation accounts, and emerging agentic AI identities
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, collaboration, and independent working skills
Compensation
$94,400.00 - $129,800.00
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
