Coordinate with discipline managers to ensure proper construction sequencing and staging

Provide technical assistance and recommend effective construction methods and equipment

Manage quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, and scope development for civil, earthworks, and wet utilities

Oversee project execution to meet design, budget, and schedule goals, taking proactive steps to mitigate risks

Build and maintain strong client relationships, including managing expectations, progress reports, and communication

Monitor and ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and adherence to contractual obligations

Oversee onsite activities, quality, productivity, progress, and safety of teams and subcontractors

Address potential roadblocks proactively and resolve any arising issues

Implement and monitor safety programs

Manage requests for information and issue field instructions as needed

Prepare comprehensive progress reports

Proficiency in interpreting and applying contract law and language.

Experience with project management tools such as Excel, MS Projects, Word, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam.

Strong technical, communication, organizational, managerial, and planning skills
