Salary Range: $70-$100K CAD

Hi. We’re Left On Friday. We believe in a life where nothing holds you back, especially your swimsuit. So we designed a swim (surf, fun) suit that can keep up with you, is easy to care for, and feels amazing on.

Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to lead our Vancouver location. As the Store Manager, you're a champion of the brand and the heartbeat of the store - providing exceptional customer service, creating a positive in-store experience, overseeing day-to-day operations, and managing a team that embodies the spirit of Left On Friday.

You'll drive sales, maintain the store's aesthetic, and ensure smooth operations while building a tight-knit, high-performing team. Beyond the four walls, you'll activate meaningful community partnerships that strengthen the brand locally and create genuine connections in the neighborhood.

The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, expertise in retail operations, an obsession for all things product, a high standard of guest experience, and a solution-oriented approach.

This is a full-time, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to be part of one of the fastest-growing brands out there.

Life at LOF:

We're a swim brand built for epic good times, and our team lives it every day through sweat sessions, early morning swims, community events and saying "yes" to whatever adventure comes next. No matter your role, you'll be part of how we show up. Our team loves being active, working out together and are plugged into their local athletic communities, whether that's a run club, swim group, surf crew or yoga studio. If that sounds like your kind of good time, read on.
