Original job description

Lega Nova | Halifax, NS | Full-Time

Competitive by nature? Great with people? Looking for an opportunity where your performance actually matters?

Lega Nova is growing its Halifax team, and we're looking for ambitious, outgoing individuals who are ready to develop their skills, challenge themselves, and make an impact.

Working with established brands across financial services, telecommunications, and charitable organizations, we connect businesses and causes with new customers and supporters through face-to-face promotional campaigns in retail environments.

Whether you're a recent graduate, transitioning from hospitality or retail, or simply looking for a fresh opportunity, we're more interested in your potential than your previous job titles.

What You'll Be Doing

Engaging with customers in retail stores and shopping centres
Representing established brands and communicating the value of their products, services, or campaigns
Building relationships and identifying potential customer needs
Supporting customer acquisition, sales, and campaign performance objectives
Working toward individual and team performance goals
Developing practical sales, communication, and business development skills

What We're Looking For

Outgoing, motivated individuals who enjoy meeting new people
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
A competitive mindset and enthusiasm for achieving goals
Confidence, resilience, and a willingness to learn from feedback
Reliable team players who want to develop professionally

Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required. Full training is provided.

What We Offer

Base pay plus commission - opportunities to increase earnings through performance
Paid training and coaching - learn practical skills from experienced team members
Career growth - opportunities to develop into coaching, leadership, and campaign management
Supportive, high-energy environment - work with people who enjoy a challenge
Recognition for performance - your effort, attitude, and results make a difference

Ready to Get Started?

If you're someone who enjoys a challenge, thrives around people, and wants to develop valuable commercial skills, we'd like to meet you.

Apply today and explore your potential with Lega Nova.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Lega Nova is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from individuals of all backgrounds.
