Lega-Nova Group| is expanding its Halifax team, and we're looking for enthusiastic, ambitious individuals to represent established financial services providers through face-to-face promotional campaigns in retail stores and shopping centres.

This is an opportunity for people who enjoy meeting new people, working toward goals and developing valuable professional skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You don't need a background in banking or finance. We're looking for confident communicators with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and the motivation to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Representing financial services providers at promotional locations within retail stores and shopping centres
• Engaging customers in friendly, professional conversations about available financial products and services
• Explaining product features, benefits and relevant eligibility requirements using approved information
• Supporting customer acquisition and application processes in accordance with campaign guidelines
• Working toward individual and team performance targets
• Developing practical skills in customer engagement, promotional marketing and sales
