Original job description

Company Description Leni is an AI infrastructure platform built for asset managers and investors, designed to help individuals and organizations make confident, data-driven decisions. The company combines model-agnostic capabilities with specialized models trained on real estate and investment work to deliver highly accurate, verifiable results at a lower cost than general-purpose AI. Leni integrates directly with systems such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, AppFolio, and Rent Manager to capture the full context behind portfolio performance, risk, and operational workflows. Over time, this creates a private context graph that compiles institutional knowledge across assets, operators, and market cycles. Leni turns this memory into actionable insights, surfacing trends, flagging risks, and automating complex reporting so teams can focus on strategic decisions.

Role Description The Technical Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the individual will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring successful onboarding, integration, and ongoing use of Leni’s AI infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client workflows and systems, coordinating implementation projects, providing technical guidance, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and adoption. The Technical Account Manager will diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges, and translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical recommendations for investment and real estate clients. This role also involves supporting renewal and expansion activities, maintaining account health metrics, and contributing feedback to help refine Leni’s products and customer experience.

Qualifications

Strong account management and client relationship skills, with experience serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise or B2B customers.
Technical support and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to investigate issues, interpret logs or data, and work with technical teams to deliver solutions.
Background in sales or customer success, with the ability to identify expansion opportunities, support renewals, and communicate value to non-technical stakeholders.
Project management skills to coordinate implementations, track milestones, manage timelines, and align cross-functional teams.
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to SaaS, APIs, data integrations, or AI-powered products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clear, concise, and audience-appropriate messaging.
Experience working with real estate, investment, or financial services data and systems is an asset.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance) or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and collaborating across remote and in-office teams.

Key Aspects managed:

Client relationships, Delivery, Expansions and Renewals.
