What You'll Do
- You will have sole ownership of the book of channel business partner accounts in the province of Quebec; and will have sole responsibility to exceed revenue, profit and services targets. You will be responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full suite of Lenovo products and services; and selling against the competition.
- Collaborate with key account sales, product and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
- Build and foster partner relationships across partner organizations.
- Develop and execute annual plans and business reviews.
- Leverage programs and tools to help channel partners grow their strategic business initiatives with Lenovo
- Market initiatives, events, education, enablement
Responsibilities
- Advocate and uplift channel partners profile within the entire Lenovo Sales organization.
- Support the business, sales, customer satisfaction and technical expertise needs of our channel partners.
- Host partner calls, email campaigns, educational sessions (virtual and in person).
- Increase revenue by building customer satisfaction in Lenovo's channel partner community.
- Demonstrate the ability to build strong professional relationships with key partner focals, sales teams and business executives.
- Collaborate with Strategic Lenovo Business Units to initiate partner grown and the development of corresponding strategies.
- Develop a quarterly plan to increase Lenovo’s share of wallet within the partner community.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years' sales experience.
- Bilingual in English and French is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Enthusiastic and strong will to win.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence customer decisions to close business.
- A proven successful track record in acquisition sales is an asset.
- Proven results in growing, developing managing accounts is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills - presentation, negotiation.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
- The ability to work towards aggressive targets and deadlines.
- Understanding of the IT industry is an asset.

This position will work a hybrid schedule out of our Montreal, Quebec office. Three days on-site and two days work-from-home.
