Job Description

FONCTION GÉNÉRALE

Ce poste prend en charge la fonction Soins de la vue LensCrafters. Crée une valeur exceptionnelle dans la vie de nos clients en offrant l’expérience LensCrafters aux clients et aux patients. Fournit les indicateurs de rendement clés du magasin en intégrant l’histoire de la marque et en assurant une exécution sans faille du parcours du patient et en reliant harmonieusement les fonctions du médecin et de la vente au détail.

PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

Fournit un service de qualité supérieure conformément aux comportements et aux attentes de notre parcours de patients.
Souci du détail; obtention privée des antécédents médicaux et préparation du patient pour l’examen, examen minutieux des ordonnances et/ou des renseignements sur le patient; pose des questions ouvertes, identifie les besoins spéciaux, consulte l’opticien, le médecin ou la direction de la vente au détail au besoin.
Explique tous les documents, tests, produits et services requis ainsi que le délai approprié.
Effectue tous les tests préalables à l’examen avec précision et minutie; prend l’initiative d’expliquer toutes les mesures et de répondre à toutes les questions que le patient pourrait avoir.
Utilise le terminal du systèmeâ€¯PDV en saisissant les renseignements sur le client/patient et l’ordonnance avec précision et attention aux détails. Le cas échéant, perçoit le paiement approprié en respectant les procédures de sécurité de l’entreprise et gère le comptoir-caisse de manière appropriée pour diverses transactions, telles que les transactions par carte de crédit, les remises, les assurances et les coupons.
Démontre une connaissance des procédures de prise de rendez-vous et de planification, ainsi que du fonctionnement et des procédures informatiques.
Utilise les connaissances cliniques et sur les produits, fournit un encadrement et des conseils aux patients sur les soins et la manipulation des lentilles cornéennes.
Responsable de l’entretien et de la désinfection de l’inventaire des lentilles cornéennes; fournit un soutien clinique à l’optométriste au besoin.
Traite et classe tous les dossiers des patients de manière organisée et efficace conformément à la HIPAA.

Qualifications De Base

Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent
Solides aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle (interne et externe)
Solides aptitudes pour la communication et l’écoute
Capacité à résoudre des problèmes
Solides aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles
Connaissance des ordinateurs et des calculatrices
Compétences organisationnelles
Solides compétences de base en mathématiques

Qualifications Souhaitées
