Our client, a growing notarial firm, is seeking a business law notary who wants to do more than simply process files.

The Role
You will advise a diverse business clientele on matters including:
- Incorporations;
- Corporate reorganizations;
- Shareholders’ agreements;
- Business sales and acquisitions;
- Commercial financing;
- Restructurings;
- Commercial trusts;
- Strategic advice to entrepreneurs.
You will work with a dynamic, modern and collaborative team where ideas move quickly and autonomy is genuinely valued.
The ideal profile
- Member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec
- At least three years of experience in business law;
- Strong autonomy, rigour and organizational skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- A proactive mindset and the ability to develop practical solutions;
- Comfortable building business relationships;
- Able to work collaboratively while managing files independently;
- Knowledge of Para-Maître and Microsoft Office, an asset;
- Functional English, an asset;
- An existing client base is an advantage, but not a requirement.
