We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to the challenges and opportunities associated with the commercialization of our products.

As an Electrical Systems Engineer, you will contribute directly to the development, integration, validation, and continuous improvement of vehicle electrical systems.

Our work involves integrating electrical, electronic, software, and mechanical systems into a product that is reliable, safe, and manufacturable.

We view engineering as a continuous learning process. Tests do not always succeed. Solutions and assumptions are regularly challenged. Prototypes often reveal surprises. This is a normal part of product development.

At all times you will have the support of the team, our partners and suppliers. The projects are generally defined by objectives, while providing significant autonomy in selecting the approaches, methods, and tools required to achieve them.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your role will be to support the development and integration of complex electrical systems while helping achieve vehicle objectives related to performance, reliability, quality, and industrialization.

More specifically, you will:

· Design and prepare the electrical drawings for high- and low- voltage circuits including the connectors and pins for the vehicle harnesses

· Sign the drawings and supervise the production of the harnesses

· Participate in the definition and evolution of the vehicle electrical architecture;

· Contribute to the integration of high-voltage and low-voltage systems;

· Develop and validate interfaces between vehicle subsystems;

· Support the integration of electronic controllers, embedded communication networks, and control systems;

· Contribute to the development and integration of energy storage, power conversion, and power distribution systems;

· Plan, execute, and document validation activities;

· Diagnose and resolve issues observed in testing, production, or on vehicles in service;

· Participate in failure analysis and continuous improvement initiatives;

· Work with suppliers to resolve technical challenges;

· Identify technical risks and communicate issues that could impact project objectives;

· Support certification and regulatory compliance activities;

· Follow assigned projects through to final validation and implementation.

Focus on identifying root causes rather than applying temporary fixes;
Work autonomously while valuing collaboration;
Take ownership of their assignments from start to resolution.

We place a high value on transparency, continuous learning, and the ability to turn challenges into knowledge that benefits the entire team.

HIRING PROCESS

Initial discussion;
Technical discussion with the team;
Decision.

No personality tests. Simply a technical and human conversation to determine whether the role, team, and challenges align with your professional aspirations.
