- Experience developing and executing organization-wide communication and marketing strategies
- Highly organized with strong project management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
- Systems-oriented and data-informed, with experience using analytics and insights to guide communication decisions
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and lead through changing environments
- Experience working collaboratively with volunteers, youth, and diverse stakeholders is an asset
- Familiarity with creative and digital tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms, email marketing systems, and social scheduling tools is an asset
- Experience with media relations, partnerships, or public relations in Canada is an asset
