LevelOps builds process automation software for order to cash, turning the messy purchase orders businesses receive (email, PDF, Excel) into clean, ready-to-fulfill orders. We also implement commerce platforms like Shopify and ERPs like Odoo for B2B manufacturers and distributors. We are AI-native. Automation and AI agents run how we operate and how we build.

About the role

This is a hands-on senior seat, equal parts product and delivery. You own problems from A to Z: understand the need, write the code, ship it, and stay until the customer gets real value. You are not a people manager. We expect you to ship fast. There is no 90-day ramp.

What you will have done

In the first weeks: an AI agent that codes, in production, on our repo. It writes, tests, and merges under your name.
Shopify or Odoo implementations that hold up, without waiting a quarter to be useful.
A smarter order-to-cash product, because your agents write and your reviews hold.

What you'll do

Build and run AI agents that code. You do not only prompt a chat. You design the agent, its tools, its guardrails, and you own what it merges. In parallel: features, extraction pipelines, customer interfaces, Shopify and Odoo implementations. Sit in on customer conversations so what you build matches how operators actually work.

You are probably a fit if

You have already built AI agents that write and ship production code, not only used Copilot or ChatGPT.
You have several years shipping production software as a full-stack generalist, and you have owned features end to end.
You have opinions about what you would not build again, and you can explain a tradeoff to a non-technical operator.
You still own the quality of everything your agents merge.
You have strong integration skills: APIs, webhooks, cloud, automation.
Shopify at the API and integration level is a plus. Theme-only or Liquid-only work is not this job. Odoo is a plus.
You are based in Canada. Bilingual (French and English) is a strong plus given our Quebec customer base.

C'est un siège senior concret, à la fois produit et livraison. Tu prends en charge les problèmes de A à Z: comprendre le besoin, écrire le code, le livrer, et rester jusqu'à ce que le client en tire une réelle valeur. Tu n'es pas gestionnaire de personnel. On attend que tu livres vite. Pas de rampe de 90 jours.

Ce que tu auras accompli

Ce que tu feras

Construire et opérer des agents IA qui codent. Tu ne te limites pas à un chat. Tu conçois l'agent, ses outils, ses garde-fous, et tu assumes ce qu'il merge. En parallèle: fonctionnalités, pipelines d'extraction, interfaces clients, implantations Shopify et Odoo. Être dans les conversations clients pour que ce que tu bâtis colle à la vraie vie des opérateurs.

Tu es probablement un bon fit si

Tu as déjà bâti des agents IA qui écrivent et livrent du code en production, pas seulement utilisé Copilot ou ChatGPT.

Tu as plusieurs années à livrer du logiciel en production comme généraliste full stack, et tu as déjà porté des fonctionnalités de bout en bout.

Tu as des opinions sur ce que tu ne reconstruirais pas, et tu peux expliquer un compromis à un opérateur non technique.

Tu restes responsable de la qualité de tout ce que tes agents mergent.

Tu as de solides compétences en intégration: API, webhooks, infonuagique, automatisation.

Shopify au niveau des API et des intégrations est un atout. Le travail thèmes ou Liquid seulement n'est pas ce poste. Odoo est un atout.

Tu es basé au Canada. Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est un atout important vu notre clientèle québécoise.
