The Role:
Reporting directly to the founder and working with senior leadership, you will help identify potential investors, develop investor relationships, and support capital-raising initiatives in Canada, India, and other markets. This is an opportunity for an ambitious recent graduate to gain practical exposure to startup finance, investor outreach, and strategic growth. Strong communication, initiative, and cultural fit are important to us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential angel investors, venture capital firms, family offices, and strategic investment partners.
- Build and maintain a qualified investor pipeline, including outreach, follow-ups, meetings, and relationship tracking.
- Prepare investor presentations, introductory materials, and fundraising correspondence with the leadership team.
- Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications across Canada, India, and other markets.
- Support financial research, market analysis, company valuation materials, and investor due diligence.
- Maintain organized investor records, deal documentation, and confidential information.
- Assist in developing capital-raising strategies and identifying suitable funding opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
- Track investor engagement and provide regular updates on fundraising progress and next steps.
