Your impact
This position will provide the opportunity to work collaboratively with a team of clinicians, as well as provide exposure to complex occupational rehab cases. Our KINs provide both individual and program-based treatments and assessments for individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents and workplace injuries. They also play a pivotal role in supporting veterans, Canadian Armed Forces members, first responders, and individuals facing physical, cognitive and mental wellness goals. In this role, you will:
- Perform biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments under the mentorship and direction of a physiotherapist.
- Design, implement and supervise graded exercise, work conditioning and/or work hardening programs.
- Utilize e-charting software to document client sessions; submit reports to stakeholders promptly.
- Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals.
- Complete functional components of reports for initial, progress and discharge.
- Ensure return-to-work plans with the client and employer have been made and documented in the client's chart.

- Registration and good standing with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists is preferred.
- Preferably with clinical outpatient rehabilitation experience in areas such as WorkSafe CRP Program, ICBC, JSV, return to work, mental health, and musculoskeletal/orthopedic injury.
- New Graduates are welcome to apply.

- Superior interpersonal relations, communication, problem-solving, time management, computer and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
