Original job description

Develop your potential. Make a difference.

Are you a passionate physiotherapist dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Canadians? At Lifemark, your work makes a real difference - expanding access to care and creating lasting impact in the communities you serve.

Lifemark Physiotherapy Springborough - 30 Springborough Boulevard SW, Calgary, AB, T3H 0N9

Springborough Lifemark is a multidisciplinary clinic offering comprehensive care under one roof, including Occupational Therapy, pelvic health, psychology, vestibular rehabilitation, and more. We support all funding streams, including private pay, motor vehicle accidents (MVA), long-term disability, and WCB claims, ensuring a seamless experience for every client.

Your impact

As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will:

Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.

Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).

Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.

Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.

Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.

Are you the right fit?

We're seeking a compassionate clinician who leads with empathy and integrity. A great listener, a clear communicator, and someone who seeks to understand what motivates our patients to guide how to personalize a plan of care to meet their needs. Above all, you are driven to grow – both professionally and personally. Key skills and qualifications include:

Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.

Professional liability insurance (as required).

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.

Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.

1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply!).

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Working at Lifemark

We believe that when our team members thrive, our patients feel the difference! We’re committed to empowering you to build a fulfilling career, providing the support you need to explore your interests and create your own path. Wherever you are in your career, Lifemark offers the support you need to succeed. You can develop your clinical skills and entrepreneurial spirit through collaboration and mentorship from a network of industry leaders, expand into specialized areas, or advance into leadership positions. Here’s what you can expect:

High earning potential with support to build a caseload based on your clinical interests.

$1500 annual learning and development allowance (based on employment status).

Team culture that values collaboration, learning, and shared success.

Centralized support so you can focus on care, not administration.

Robust onboarding and supervised new grad program.

Ongoing mentorship to support clinical skills development.

Support for specialized services including pelvic health and vestibular rehabilitation – areas known for high career satisfaction due to their profound patient impact.

Opportunities for management roles, including Clinic Director and Regional Manager positions.

Job mobility, with relocation options across a national network.

We also offer:

Flexible health benefits – medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family.

Paid wellness and vacation days.

Employee Share Ownership Program (Shoppers Drug Mart) – a 25% company match of up to 5% of your base salary.

30% employee discount at Shoppers Drug Mart.

Corporate discount at GoodLife Fitness, Workperks, and employee assistance program.

Unlimited referral rewards – up to $5000 per successful hire.

Your Journey with Lifemark: What to Expect

We’re excited to meet professionals who are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. Let’s shape the future of care - together. Here’s what you can expect from our recruitment process:

Step 1: Let’s Chat: Your journey starts with a friendly phone call with our Talent Acquisition team. We’ll share Lifemark’s vision, values, and opportunities - and get to know what inspires you.

Step 2: Meet the Team: Next, you’ll connect with a Clinic or Regional Director in a video or in-person interview. It’s a great chance to explore our clinic vibe, the clients we serve, and the leadership style that makes us unique.

Step 3: Show Us Your Skills: Come by the clinic for a hands-on interview with the team. You’ll demonstrate your clinical approach and experience our collaborative environment firsthand.

Step 4: Offer & Onboarding: If it’s a match, we move fast! You’ll receive a competitive offer and all the info you need to make your decision. Keep an eye on your inbox and voicemail - we won’t keep you waiting.

Ready to make a difference?

Join Lifemark, where your compassion, drive, and clinical expertise results in the delivery of top-quality patient-centered care, empowering individuals and transforming lives. Apply today!
