The Senior Recruiter is responsible for supporting and executing the recruitment strategy for the attraction, assessment, and selection of top talent for the Linde Canada client group. This position will partner with regional and HR leaders and build exceptional business relationships with hiring managers, business unit leaders and external sources to ensure efficient and effective cycle recruitment.

- In this role, you will build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates, serving as a trusted talent acquisition partner to the business
- You will develop diverse pipelines of qualified talent by leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to attract, assess, and successfully onboard top candidates across a variety of roles
- A key focus will be aligning recruitment efforts with current and future workforce needs, ensuring resources are effectively deployed while supporting business objectives and budget considerations
- You will help shape and execute regional recruitment strategies, partnering with business leaders and HR teams to support hiring campaigns, workforce planning, and talent acquisition initiatives
- The role involves creating and maintaining robust talent pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and long-term organizational growth
- You will provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview best practices, candidate assessment, and compliance with employment legislation and company policies
- Managing external recruitment vendors and partnerships will be an important responsibility, ensuring strong service delivery and effective representation of the company brand
- You will leverage applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, talent metrics, and reporting to improve efficiency, measure success, and drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes
- Maintaining accurate candidate records, recruitment documentation, compliance reporting, and regular communication with hiring managers and HR partners will be essential throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Success in this role comes from delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, staying current on recruitment trends and labour market insights, achieving recruitment KPIs, and contributing to special projects and talent acquisition initiatives as needed
What makes you great*
- The role is ideal for someone with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, combined with a strong foundation in full-cycle talent acquisition and workforce planning
- You will bring 5–8 years of high-volume recruitment experience, either within an agency environment or an in-house talent acquisition team
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, distribution, operations, or industrial environments will help you quickly understand hiring demands and business priorities
- You will have hands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
- Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is important, along with experience leveraging recruiting technologies to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
- The role requires experience developing and executing diversity recruitment strategies that support inclusive hiring practices and workforce objectives
- You will be comfortable using job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent across a variety of functions and levels
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills are essential, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates
- Success in the role comes from being highly organized, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingualism in French and English is strongly preferred, along with knowledge of employment legislation, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the flexibility to travel occasionally as business needs require

This is an existing role with a starting annual salary of $90,000.
