In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and customer needs, driving sales growth through expert product demonstrations, technical consultation, and pre-sales support. Confident – Comfortable acting as the authoritative technical voice in high-stakes client meetings. Relishes the opportunity to present iBwave designs, defend engineering choices, and represent the Linkwave Engineering team’s expertise under pressure.
Resilient – Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Maintains an attitude focused on team success and improving the customer experience even when facing evolving project requirements, tight RFP turnarounds, or technical roadblocks.
