Overview

Creator Warehouse is the merchandise company behind lttstore.com, the popular creator-focused e-commerce storefront for Linus Media Group and their channels.

The Creator Warehouse team is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to set the direction for our paid and digital marketing, and to help us spend smarter as we grow.

This is a strategic, hands-on role reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager. You'll recommend channel strategy, budget allocation, and performance targets. The CEO makes the final budget call, so this job is about building recommendations strong enough that the answer is easy.

We're looking for someone who would rather say "move $15K from Meta to Search for six weeks, and here's why" than "Search seems to be trending up." You bring the numbers and the next step, not just the observation.

Your focus is paid and digital channel performance. You'll work closely with our Creative and Brand teams, who own brand and creative direction, and our E-commerce team, who own the storefront.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

As Performance Marketing Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Strategy & Channel Planning

  • Develop and recommend performance marketing strategy across paid social, paid search, and other digital channels
  • Recommend budget allocation across channels and campaigns, with clear reasoning tied to performance data
  • Own competitive and market analysis to inform channel and audience strategy
  • Identify and evaluate new channel opportunities as the business grows

Performance & Reporting

  • Set and track KPIs, including CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and LTV
  • Report on performance to leadership on a regular rhythm: what's working, what isn't, and what to do next
  • Turn data into specific, actionable recommendations with concrete numbers and next steps

Collaboration

  • Partner with the Creative team and our Digital Marketing Specialist to align campaign strategy with brand and creative direction
  • Present strategy and results to executive stakeholders

What Success Looks Like

  • Leadership gets clear, numbers-backed recommendations they can say yes or no to quickly
  • KPIs are defined, tracked, and reported consistently
  • Every budget shift has a clear "why" grounded in performance data
  • Channel strategy and creative pull in the same direction
  • New channels get tested deliberately, not just because they're shiny

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in performance or digital marketing, ideally in ecommerce or DTC
  • Strong command of paid social and paid search platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and analytics tools (GA4, Shopify analytics)
  • Comfort working with budget and ROI data, even without owning the budget directly
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn data into a specific recommendation, not just a trend observation
  • Experience presenting strategy and results to executive stakeholders

What We Offer

  • Performance Bonus - Bonus opportunities tied to both personal and company performance.
  • Time off to recharge - Vacation, sick, and flex days to help you take care of yourself and the things that matter outside of work.
  • Health & dental coverage - Extended benefits for you and your family, including prescriptions, travel insurance, and paramedical services.
  • Mental health support - Coverage to help support your mental well-being.
  • Keep learning - A dedicated learning & development stipend to help you build new skills and grow your career.
  • Plan for the future - Group RRSP matching to help you save for what comes next.
  • LTT Store perks - Employee discounts and access to LTTStore.com goodies.
  • Good people, good times - Company social events, game nights, and team activities throughout the year.
  • Stay connected - A company cellphone plan is provided.
