Lions Auto Protection is looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position suited for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced office environment.

The Receptionist will serve as an important first point of contact for our customers and staff while providing day-to-day administrative and office support.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in reception, customer service, administration, or a similar role is an asset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Professional and friendly demeanor

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

Comfortable answering phones and communicating with customers

Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

Manage emails and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly

Provide administrative and clerical support

Assist with day-to-day office operations and organization

Communicate with customers and staff to help ensure a positive experience

Maintain a professional and organized reception area

Support the team with additional administrative tasks as required
