Original job description

Lead the team. Drive the sales. Live the outdoor life.

Are you the kind of leader who gets energy from helping people find the perfect outdoor setup - and then watches them fall in love with it?

At Livingstone Outdoor, we’re looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor who thrives on building real connections, coaching a team, and turning everyday interactions into outstanding customer experiences. If you love outdoor living and know how to inspire both customers and colleagues, this is your role.

What You’ll Do

Lead and coach the Retail Associate team - assign work, train on the floor, and help everyone hit their stride
Deliver personalized consultations that match customers with the right outdoor products and solutions
Own the sales process from first hello to closed deal (including quotations, trade-ins, and financing support)
Hit your personal targets while rallying the team to achieve monthly store goals
Build lasting relationships - nurture existing clients and actively develop new ones
Keep the store looking sharp: visual standards, cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and smooth daily operations
Handle keyholder duties, authorize transactions, and resolve customer concerns with confidence

What You Bring

Proven retail sales experience plus leadership of a team
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build instant rapport
Confident, assertive communication and solid negotiation instincts
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working a variety of shifts
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Bonus: Passion for outdoor living and knowledge of outdoor products

Why This Role Stands Out

You’ll be measured on real results - target attainment, closing rate, average deal size, inventory accuracy, and task execution - and supported through weekly 1:1s and regular training. This is a hands-on leadership position where your influence is felt every day on the floor and in the numbers.

Ready to step into a role where your sales skills and leadership make a visible impact?

Apply today and help shape how people experience outdoor living with Livingstone Outdoor.
