Coordinate schedules, mobilization, demobilization, equipment, personnel, materials, trucking, freight, and subcontractors.

Participate in client meetings, site visits, planning discussions, and project reviews.

Support project safety planning and compliance with company procedures.

Monitor progress, costs, schedules, and resource use; help resolve operational challenges.

Coordinate communication among management, field supervisors, suppliers, and clients.

Support project closeout, cost reconciliation, and performance reviews.

Administration & Reporting

Review and process employee timesheets and equipment time entries.

Assist with invoices, supporting documentation, purchase orders, supplier invoices, and cost reconciliation.

Prepare monthly operational reports and performance summaries.

Reconcile scale tickets, trucking records, and material movement documentation.

Maintain safety documentation, inspection and incident records, maintenance logs, and inventory records.

Evaluate workflows and help implement standardized procedures for facility and project operations.

Improve inventory management, equipment tracking, maintenance scheduling, reporting, equipment utilization, and cost control.

Help implement and optimize digital tools, including 4castplus and Microsoft Office.

Explore AI-powered tools for reporting, estimating, scheduling, document management, and data analysis.

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive administrative tasks and improve reporting accuracy.

Support dashboards, performance tracking, data-informed decisions, and adoption of new systems as the business grows.

Ensure digital tools and AI use align with company policies, confidentiality requirements, and appropriate human review.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
