🚀 Marketing Manager – Innovation | CPG

📍 Ontario | Hybrid | $120K–$140K

We’re partnering with a well-established global consumer products organization to recruit a Marketing Manager – Innovation for its Canadian business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CPG marketer who thrives on the front end of marketing - identifying consumer opportunities, developing new product concepts, building the business case and bringing innovation to market.

Reporting to a senior marketing leader, this individual will own key innovation and renovation initiatives from concept through commercialization, while helping shape the future portfolio and identify new opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead innovation and renovation projects from concept through commercialization

Identify consumer and market opportunities to drive portfolio growth

Develop and execute new product launch strategies, including pricing, promotion and go-to-market support

Manage an active innovation pipeline across traditional and alternative retail channels

Leverage consumer, customer and syndicated market data to identify opportunities and support business decisions

Monitor competitive activity, product performance and emerging consumer trends

Lead select portfolio growth initiatives, including licensed brands and partnerships

Collaborate closely with Global Innovation, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales and other cross-functional partners

Help improve innovation processes and accelerate speed to market

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in CPG product marketing, brand/portfolio management, innovation or commercialization

• Proven experience leading new product launches and innovation initiatives

Strong consumer insights orientation combined with analytical and commercial acumen

Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams

Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills

• Experience with NielsenIQ or syndicated data

• Familiarity with Stage-Gate processes and project management methodologies

• Experience in Personal Care, Beauty, Health & Wellness, Pharmaceutical or adjacent consumer categories is an asset
