Sales Development Representative

Our client, a well-established provider of medical and pharmaceutical solutions to healthcare professionals across Canada, is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join its Montreal team.

The organization operates within the healthcare sector and provides a range of products to pharmacies and other healthcare professionals.

In this role, you will be responsible for targeted sales activities with retail pharmacies, reactivating inactive customer accounts, and driving growth with both existing and new clients. You will work closely with the sales, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth and effective client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales by reaching out to existing, inactive, and new accounts, primarily within the pharmaceutical sector.
Handle a high volume of outbound calls to maintain client relationships, reactivate inactive accounts, and identify new business opportunities.
Identify client needs and recommend the most suitable products and promotions.
Manage and develop an assigned account portfolio to increase sales activity.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, provide professional service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure effective follow-up on orders and client requests.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, sales strategies, and new product launches.
Manage and update sales activities and customer information in the CRM (HubSpot).
Contribute to internal process improvements and support the team during peak periods.

Job Requirements

Experience

2 to 5 years of professional experience in sales or customer service.
Experience selling within the Canadian pharmaceutical sector is an asset.

Education

Post-secondary degree or diploma.

Skills & Knowledge

English is mandatory, French is an asset
Strong telephone communication skills and comfort working in a role with a significant outbound calling component.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Sales experience preferred.
Experience using a CRM, including HubSpot, is considered an asset.

Hours & Work Environment

40 hours per week.
Monday through Friday.
On-site position in Montreal.

Notre client, un fournisseur bien établi de solutions médicales et pharmaceutiques destinées aux professionnels de la santé au Canada, est à la recherche d’un(e) Chargé(e) de développement commercial / Sales Development Representative pour se joindre à son équipe de Montréal.

L’entreprise évolue dans le secteur de la santé et offre une gamme de produits destinés notamment aux pharmacies et autres professionnels de la santé.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable d’activités de vente ciblées auprès de pharmacies de détail, de la réactivation de comptes clients inactifs ainsi que du développement des ventes auprès de comptes existants et de nouveaux clients. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des ventes, du service à la clientèle et du marketing afin d’assurer une expérience client fluide et efficace.

Vos principales responsabilités

Développer les ventes en contactant des clients existants, inactifs et de nouveaux comptes, principalement dans le secteur pharmaceutique.
Effectuer un volume important d’appels sortants afin de maintenir les relations clients, réactiver certains comptes et identifier de nouvelles occasions d’affaires.
Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer les produits et promotions les plus adaptés.
Gérer et développer un portefeuille de comptes assignés afin de stimuler l’activité commerciale.
Agir comme premier point de contact pour les clients, offrir un service professionnel et assurer leur satisfaction.
Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales, marketing et service à la clientèle afin d’assurer un suivi efficace des commandes et des demandes.
Maintenir une connaissance à jour des produits, des stratégies de vente et des nouveaux lancements.
Assurer la gestion et la mise à jour des activités commerciales et des informations clients dans le CRM (HubSpot).
Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus internes et soutenir l’équipe lors des périodes de forte activité.

Profil recherché

Expérience

2 à 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle en vente ou en service à la clientèle.
Une expérience dans la vente auprès du secteur pharmaceutique canadien est un atout.

Formation

Diplôme d’études postsecondaires.

Compétences et connaissances

Anglais est obligatoire, français est un atout.
Très bonne aisance au téléphone et intérêt pour un rôle comportant une forte composante d’appels sortants.
Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques tels que Word, Excel et PowerPoint.
Une expérience en vente est privilégiée.
Expérience avec un CRM, notamment HubSpot, considérée comme un atout.

Conditions

40 heures par semaine.
Du lundi au vendredi.
Poste en présentiel à Montréal.
