- Technical Documentation – Compile, review, and upload technical content for manuals and LSARs that meet industry standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of professional experience in Integrated Logistics Support, sustainment engineering, or a related field, preferably within a defense or maritime context.
- Proven ability to perform DfS, RMA, FMECA, RCMA, MTA, sparing, LORA, and LCC analyses and translate results into actionable data.
- Experience developing or reviewing LSARs, Maintenance Plans, and support‑analysis documentation.
- Ability to obtain a NATO Secret clearance in a timely manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - capable of explaining complex sustainment concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving aptitude in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
- Self‑directed, proactive, and adaptable to shifting program priorities.
- Familiarity with Canadian Defence procurement rules and Integrated Logistics Support framework.
- Proficiency in configuration‑management and model‑based systems engineering tools such as Windchill, DOORS, and Cameo.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent priorities while delivering milestone‑aligned ILS outputs.
- Knowledge of SysML or other object‑oriented modeling languages as applied to logistics.
