Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and solution reviews with customer stakeholders.
Provide guidance on best practices, process improvement, and operational optimization.

Project Delivery

Own assigned project workstreams and deliverables from planning through execution.
Manage multiple customer engagements while maintaining high-quality deliverables and meeting project timelines.
Identify risks, challenges, and customer concerns and proactively drive resolution.
Collaborate closely with project teams, customer stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to ensure successful outcomes.

Customer Relationship Management

Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor throughout the implementation process.
Navigate complex customer situations with professionalism, transparency, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Deliver presentations, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at all levels.

Continuous Improvement

Contribute to the development of implementation best practices and delivery standards.
Identify opportunities to improve customer adoption, operational performance, and overall customer experience.
Support knowledge sharing and collaboration across the Delivery team.

What Success Looks Like:

Successfully delivering customer implementations on time and with high-quality outcomes.
