To succeed as a Forklift Operator, you must have:
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as a forklift operator.
- A forklift operator certification.
- Experience in handling loads of 10,000 lbs and more.
- Experience operating a forklift with bale clamps.
- Good manual dexterity.

- Operate a forklift and complete the necessary orders for tasks.
- Operate a container forklift, such as a 'reach stacker' (an asset).
- Adhere to health and safety principles at all times.
- Perform manual work as needed.
