Work closely with the Terminal Manager to address staffing, customer service, operational, and performance issues.
Monitor operating expenses and contribute to financial performance and profitability.
Maintain accurate operational reporting and communicate performance trends and issues to leadership.
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of terminal and operational employees.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in transportation, terminal, LTL, freight, logistics, distribution, or related operations.
