Job Description
- Register and schedule students
- Answer phone inquiries and relay messages to teachers
- Receive lesson payments and assist with the collection of overdue accounts
- Assist the Lessons Coordinator in updating student records
- Assist the Lessons Coordinator with commission report reconciliation
- Assist with recitals
- Minimum one year of instrumental music studies in school or through private lessons
- Basic knowledge of musical instruments
- Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication and phone skills
- Good computer skills
- Basic office and clerical skills

Responsibilities
Register and schedule students, respond to phone inquiries, relay messages to teachers, and receive lesson payments while assisting with overdue accounts. Support the Lessons Coordinator with student records and commission reconciliation, and assist with recitals.
Requirements
Requires at least one year of instrumental music studies through school or private lessons, along with basic knowledge of musical instruments. Candidates must be available on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends, and have strong customer service, communication, telephone, computer, and basic office and clerical skills.
