Role Description The Partner is a full-time leadership role responsible for developing and managing client relationships, overseeing key engagements, and driving the firm’s growth. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leading strategic planning and execution for client projects, and providing guidance to internal teams to ensure quality delivery. The Partner will coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage budgets and timelines, and represent the firm in external meetings, industry events, and stakeholder discussions. This role also involves mentoring team members, contributing to organizational strategy, and supporting the continuous improvement of services and processes.

Deep sibject matter expertise in financial services is preferred.
Proven ability to drive business development initiatives, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary projects, managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate vision into practical plans.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-person collaboration in our clients’ trade areas with remote work.
