Loopio is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own campaign strategy across two connected motions: precision-targeted account-based programs for our most strategic accounts, and broader pipeline-generating campaigns across the funnel. In this role, you'll take campaigns from planning through execution, measurement, and optimization, working closely with Sales, SDRs, RevOps, and Content along the way. You'll be equally comfortable building a personalized 1:1 program for a single enterprise account and running an integrated, multi-channel campaign designed to fill the top of funnel. This is a role for someone who thinks in both precision and scale, and who's energized by owning outcomes end to end.

What You’ll Be Doing

Design and execute ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, and 1:many) targeting named strategic and enterprise accounts
Partner with Sales and Account Executives to build account plans, map buying committees, and personalize messaging by persona and account
Coordinate multi-channel ABM plays, including personalized advertising, direct mail, executive events, 1:1 outreach, and LinkedIn/social, in partnership with our Ad Agency

Demand Generation

Own email marketing strategy end to end, including lead scoring, segmentation, nurture streams, and lifecycle reporting
Plan and launch integrated demand gen campaigns across paid, email, webinars, content syndication, and organic channels to drive qualified leads, sales-ready opportunities, and pipeline growth
Manage campaign frameworks including personas, buyer journeys, offers, and conversion paths
Optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and lead magnets to improve conversion rates
Partner with Sales to align on ICP, lead qualification criteria, handoffs, and feedback loops that improve conversion rate and velocity
Collaborate with Content, Sales, and subject matter experts to create assets supporting awareness, consideration, and decision stages

Optimization & Reporting

Continuously test and optimize channel mix, messaging, and campaign structure based on performance data
Manage and analyze campaign and funnel performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
Own and report on core demand metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, cost per lead, and ROI

What You’ll Bring to the Team

4-7+ years in B2B marketing, with direct experience running both ABM programs and broader demand gen campaigns
Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Hockeystack, BI Tools)
Strong grasp of funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, pipeline, velocity, ROI) and attribution models
Experience partnering closely with Sales and SDR teams on account targeting and outbound alignment
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to run multiple concurrent campaigns against competing timelines
An analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable campaign optimizations
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and comfort presenting results to leadership
Experience in a B2B SaaS or tech company is an asset
Familiarity with intent data, predictive scoring, or AI-driven personalization tools is an asset
Background in paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Capterra, Reddit etc) or content syndication vendors is an asset

Where You’ll Work 📍

Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. We are HQ’d in Canada, with established hub regions around the world from which we hire.
Our employees (or Loopers, as we call ourselves!) live and work in 🇨🇦 Canada (British Columbia and Ontario), 🇬🇧 London, and 🇮🇳 India (specifically in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Bengaluru).

The majority of our team is based in ON and BC, which means these employees live and work remotely within a 300km radius of Toronto (within Ontario) and Vancouver (Within BC).
