We're seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead a strategically important initiative: transforming Loopio into an agentic-led platform for creating high-quality proactive and solicited proposals, including RFPs, Security Questionnaires, and DDQs. You'll own the vision, strategy, and execution behind building AI agents that don't just assist users but actively complete work on their behalf.

This role is built for a builder who operates with significant autonomy. You'll take initiatives from early concept through product-market fit and into scaled adoption, working alongside our established, high-usage product.

The ideal candidate has direct experience shipping successful agentic B2B SaaS experiences, a track record of launching new products and finding PMF, and a metrics-driven approach to proving out what works before scaling it.

💻 What You’ll Be Doing

Release marketing and enablement

Own the process, timing, and coordination behind customer-facing release collateral: release notes, demo videos, demo scripts, and help/training content, working with the product teams who create it
Track what each product team is shipping and work backward from ship dates to make sure collateral is ready on time, not scrambled together after the fact
Run and support Loopio's GTM enablement cadence, briefing support, sales, and CS on what's shipping, what changed, and how to position and demo it
Set and hold a quality bar for release collateral, editing or pushing back on drafts that aren't customer-ready
Design ways to build and measure customer awareness and adoption after a release ships, not just at launch
Partner with mission team leads and the broader product marketing team to make sure messaging and positioning are consistent across release notes, demos, and enablement materials
Build and maintain internal agents and lightweight automation that make the release process itself faster and more reliable (examples: release digest automation, ship-date tracking, first-draft generation for release notes or FAQs), and own these tools operationally

Product marketing (general)

Contribute to positioning and messaging work for Loopio's product areas as part of the broader product marketing team
Build and maintain sales enablement materials: battlecards, competitive FAQs, and objection-handling content
Partner with customer marketing on proof points, case studies, and reference stories that support both releases and broader campaigns
Support buyer and customer research (interviews, surveys, win/loss input) that informs positioning and messaging
Support launch planning and go-to-market execution for larger initiatives beyond individual releases
Contribute to campaign content such as webinars, blog posts, or sales decks as the product marketing team's calendar requires
Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and incorporate it into release, launch, and enablement materials where relevant

✨ What You’ll Bring to the Team

2 to 4 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related go-to-market role, ideally in B2B SaaS
Strong writing and editorial judgment, able to turn technical feature detail into clear, customer-ready narratives
Comfortable coordinating with writers, marketers, and video/demo creators to keep collateral on schedule
Working familiarity with core product marketing fundamentals: positioning, messaging, and launch planning
Experience using Claude, Claude Cowork, or Claude Code (or similar AI tools) to build workflows, automations, or agents
Organized and detail-oriented, with the judgment to know when a process gap needs fixing versus when a one-off exception is fine
Comfortable operating across many teams without formal authority over any of them

Where You’ll Work 📍

Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. We are HQ’d in Canada, with established hub regions around the world where we hire from.
Our employees (or Loopers, as we call ourselves!) live and work in 🇨🇦 Canada (British Columbia and Ontario), 🇬🇧 London, and 🇮🇳 India (specifically in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Bengaluru).

The majority of our team is based in ON and BC, which means these employees live and work remotely within a 300km radius of Toronto (within Ontario) and Vancouver (Within BC).
We offer flexible co-working locations available to Loopers in ON and BC. Those based in ON have the option of working out of our convenient co-working space located in the heart of Downtown Toronto and a 12-minute walk from Union Station. BC Loopers have the option to work centrally in Vancouver. It is whatever works best for you!
You’ll collaborate with your teams virtually across the UK, India, and North America (we’re just a Zoom call and Slack message away!) with core sync hours and focus time for headsdown work 🙇🏾 during the workday
