Loopio is looking for a Senior Sales Response Manager to take ownership of our most complex and highest-stakes proposal responses and to serve as our internal Loopio Champion. Building on the foundation of our Sales Response function, this role sets the bar for how we execute RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, DDQs, and SQs across the business, using our own Loopio platform as the engine behind that work. As part of the member of the Solutions Consulting team, you’ll partner closely with Solutions Consultants and other senior stakeholders across Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Experience, and Product.

Operating in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines, the Sales Response function considers high quality to be its gold standard. We are transforming this role from a functional task-completion unit into a strategic, cross-functional partner. Key initiatives include maintaining cut-through Library content, proactively identifying potential risks, and leveraging AI capabilities to increase efficiency while preserving rigour. Beyond supporting Sales, this function actively influences revenue generation through customer conversations, providing Product teams with a "customer zero" perspective, and collaborating closely with Marketing.

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who thrives on driving process rigour, can operate independently on our most visible deals, and wants to be the go-to person for how Loopio should be used across the business.

💻 What You’ll Be Doing

Own end-to-end delivery of our most complex and highest-value proposal responses, coordinating closely with internal stakeholders to hit tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
Serve as the internal Loopio Champion: maintain and optimize our Library content, project templates, and workflows so the platform reflects current best practices
Train and onboard new users, and act as the go-to resource when stakeholders have questions about how to use Loopio effectively
Identify and advocate for platform features, integrations, and workflow improvements that increase adoption and efficiency across the business
Write and edit proposal content at a senior level, ensuring factual accuracy, consistency of tone, and strategic positioning that drives wins
Set and evolve the standards and playbooks that guide how the broader Sales Response function operates, including how the team uses Loopio day-to-day
Partner with Revenue Operations on reporting that gives leadership visibility into response management performance
Lead continuous improvement efforts, including SLA development, go/no-go process adherence, and structured debriefs
Represent Sales Response in cross-functional planning conversations with Sales, Sales Enablement, and RFP Excellence leadership
Contribute directly to RFP Excellence's thought leadership initiatives, helping position Loopio as an industry leader in response management

✨ What You’ll Bring to the Team

4+ years of experience in a Sales Proposal or Sales Response Manager role, including experience leading complex, high-stakes proposals
Hands-on experience with Loopio or similar RFP automation software, with a genuine interest in becoming a platform power user and champion
A track record of driving process improvements and leading change within a response management or similar function
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority deadlines at once
An analytical mindset, with decisions grounded in data
Impeccable written and oral communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
Presentation and public speaking skills. Bonus if you have experience hosting webinars
Comfort implementing and upholding brand standards across proposal content
A background in Sales or a client-facing role would be a nice-to-have

Where You’ll Work 📍

We are currently only looking for candidates who reside in the Greater Toronto Area and can access our co-working space in Downtown Toronto for the occasional Sales Team get-together.

Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. We are HQ’d in Canada, with established hub regions around the world where we hire from.
Our employees (or Loopers, as we call ourselves!) live and work in 🇨🇦 Canada (British Columbia and Ontario), 🇬🇧 London, and 🇮🇳 India (specifically in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Bengaluru).

The majority of our team is based in ON and BC, which means these employees live and work remotely within a 300km radius of Toronto (within Ontario) and Vancouver (Within BC).
We offer flexible co-working locations available to Loopers in ON and BC. Those based in ON have the option of working out of our convenient co-working space located in the heart of Downtown Toronto and a 12-minute walk from Union Station. BC Loopers have the option to work centrally in Vancouver. It is whatever works best for you!
You’ll collaborate with your teams virtually across the UK, India, and North America (we’re just a Zoom call and Slack message away!) with core sync hours and focus time for headsdown work 🙇🏾 during the workday
