  • Prioritize requirements and support trade-off discussions related to cost, schedule, quality, and performance.
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking of security, surveillance, smart home, and connected device products.
  • Research market trends, new technologies, and emerging industry opportunities.

Product Launch & Commercial Support

  • Support product launches by coordinating activities across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Assist in preparing product positioning materials, training content, presentations, and launch documentation.
  • Support SKU creation, naming, bundle configuration, and packaging requirements.
  • Participate in launch readiness reviews and post-launch performance assessments.

Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for suppliers and development partners.
  • Coordinate technical discussions and issue-resolution activities between internal teams and external vendors.
  • Track open issues and ensure timely follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Support factory samples, validation testing, certification activities, and production readiness reviews.

Portfolio & Business Performance

  • Assist with product costing, target-price tracking, margin analysis, and business case preparation.
