Job Summary

The Marketplace Operations & Advertising Coordinator is responsible for managing and growing the company’s presence across key eCommerce marketplaces while driving marketing performance, data insights, and strategic expansion. This role blends marketplace operations, marketing, analytics, and cross-functional project work to support revenue growth and brand visibility

Duties & Responsibilities:

Marketplaces Management & Marketing :
Manage product listings, content, pricing, and promotions on assigned marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, eBay, Target, Newegg).
Optimize product pages (SEO, keywords, images, A+ content) to improve visibility and conversion rates.
Plan and execute marketplace-specific marketing campaigns (sponsored ads, deals, seasonal promos).
Monitor marketplace compliance, policies, and performance metrics.
Develop and manage bundled product offerings to increase average order value (AOV).
Collaborate with product and inventory teams to identify bundling opportunities. Prevent overselling, stock discrepancies, and listing errors
Test and optimize bundle performance across platforms.
Identify and evaluate new marketplace opportunities (domestic and international).
Support launches on new platforms and regions (e.g., U.S., Canada).
Develop go-to-market strategies for expansion initiatives.
Support development of B2B offerings and product assortments across marketplaces
Align marketplace strategy with broader business goals (distribution, partnerships, pricing).
Manage Marketplaces advertising strategies aligned with marketing objectives and target audience.
Monitor campaigns performance and KPIs, making adjustments to optimise results.

Market Insights & Data Analysis:
Conduct competitive analysis across marketplaces.
Track trends in pricing, promotions, and product positioning.
Identify opportunities for growth, gaps in assortment, and emerging marketplace features.
Analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs across channels.
Provide actionable insights to improve performance and inform strategy.

Projects: Tools & Process Streamlining:
Identify and implement new tools to improve marketplace efficiency (listing tools, analytics platforms, automation).
Streamline workflows across listing management, reporting, and campaign execution.
Support cross-functional projects to improve operational scalability.

Background Experiences
Required
Experience in eCommerce, marketplace management, & ads marketing management.
1-2 years of hand-on experience on Marketplaces environment.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Extremely detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred
Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, dashboards, or BI tools.
Familiarity with marketplace advertising platforms.
Experience on eCommerce tools such as Shopify, Helium 10, Perpetua, or similar tools
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
