Role Overview
- The Technical Product Manager is a results-driven technology product leader responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of core technology products and platform capabilities that power the client's AI and banking platform
- Operating in a high-visibility, collaborative environment, the Technical Product Manager bridges customer problems, business goals, and engineering execution.
- Working closely with engineering leads, solution architects, UX designers, and business stakeholders, this role translates customer needs into clear technical product requirements, manages prioritized backlogs, and delivers scalable, high-quality platform capabilities that enable regulated financial institutions to adopt AI responsibly and at scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for assigned technology products or platform capabilities powering clients AI platform.
- Analyze product performance, feature adoption, user feedback, and market trends to inform data-driven product decisions and backlog priorities.
- Support release planning, feature launches, customer adoption initiatives, and ongoing platform evolution.
- Backlog Management & Requirement Definition: Own, refine, and prioritize the technical product backlog, balancing customer value, technical debt, platform scalability, and business objectives.
- Translate complex business and customer needs into clear user stories, technical specifications, and testable acceptance criteria.
- Conduct continuous discovery, gathering feedback from customers and internal teams to validate assumptions and refine technical direction.
- Engineering Collaboration & Agile Delivery: Partner closely with engineering teams, solution architects, and UX designers throughout the software development lifecycle to deliver scalable, high-quality software.
- Foster cross-functional alignment during sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily ceremonies to maintain delivery momentum and resolve ambiguity.
- Review completed features at sprint ends to confirm solutions satisfy acceptance criteria, meet quality standards, and fulfill business goals.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of progressive Technical Product Management experience managing software products in an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated experience defining technical product requirements, managing backlogs, and prioritizing competing initiatives in partnership with engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong understanding of modern software development processes, SDLC, and cloud software concepts.
- Proven ability to work effectively with software engineers and architects to balance technical considerations, customer needs, and business goals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Hands-on proficiency with Agile management tools including JIRA and Confluence.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience managing Enterprise SaaS products.
- Hands-on experience with AI, automation, workflow engine, or integration platform technologies.
- Background in banking, financial services, or regulated enterprise software environments.
