Job Title: Project Manager (Customer Enablement / Delivery)

Role Overview

The Project Manager is a results-driven technical delivery leader responsible for owning and managing Client One build and implementation projects to ensure smooth, high-quality, on-time, and within-budget delivery for enterprise banking customers.
Operating in a fast-paced, customer-facing SaaS environment, the Project Manager plans, coordinates, and monitors cross-functional virtual teams across planning, execution, and risk management.
This role bridges business and technical workstreams - driving governance meetings with internal leadership and client stakeholders, navigating complex technical risks, enforcing quality/coding standards, and aligning closely with Product leadership (Group Product Managers, Chief Product Officer) to fulfil client commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery Execution: Own and manage end-to-end Client platform build and implementation projects, ensuring smooth, quality delivery on schedule and within budget.
Create, execute, and maintain detailed project plans that provide a seamless implementation experience for enterprise banking customers.
Plan, coordinate, and lead cross-functional virtual teams to execute project activities and achieve implementation objectives.
Stakeholder Alignment & Governance: Drive regular governance meetings with internal leadership and external client stakeholders to report status and review progress.
Partner closely with Group Product Managers and the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to align project delivery with core client commitments.
Facilitate leadership discussions across the organization by developing decision-ready project-level reports and presentations.
Risk, Dependency & Quality Oversight: Perform proactive risk and issue management, identifying technical risks early and navigating solutions that satisfy conflicting customer and platform needs.
Review activities on a cross-functional basis to ensure dependencies are tracked, addressed, and roadblocks removed with minimal surprises to leadership.
Review work of the development team, communicate and enforce technical/coding standards, recognize system deficiencies, and implement effective solutions.
Perform code reviews, mentor team members on technical challenges, and ensure high-quality standards across project deliverables.

Required Skills

7+ years of progressive project management or technical project management experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or enterprise SaaS environments.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, client-facing software implementations and multi-disciplinary teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred but not required).
Working knowledge of software development concepts, data analysis, system design, and technical problem-solving.
In-depth knowledge of project management principles, practices, and procedures across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency with project and team collaboration tools including JIRA, MS Project, PowerPoint, or equivalent platforms.

Proven ability to balance technical constraints with client expectations, resolving technical issues constructively
