The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams to deliver user-centric products that align with government strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product planning and execution across the entire product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap delivery
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

  • Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned to business priorities and stakeholder needs
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes for engineering teams
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog using proven prioritization techniques and release planning practices
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and design teams to deliver products with quick time-to-market
  • Lead product demos, roadmapping sessions, and stakeholder update meetings at all levels of the organization
  • Drive product launches in coordination with relevant teams, executives, and external partners
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies where applicable
  • Act as a product evangelist, building awareness and understanding of the product both internally and with external stakeholders

Must-Have Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in IT or digital services
  • Proven experience leading large-scale digital or IT transformation projects, delivering user-centric products in complex environments
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, Scrum, and Lean product development methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders
  • Skilled in building and maintaining a product roadmap aligned to business priorities
  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs for product success
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
  • Strong experience with backlog management, prioritization techniques, and release planning
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from executive sponsors to technical teams
  • Experience delivering Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with prioritized features
