Develop detailed programming specifications; write, compile, debug, document, and unit test application code
Develop and maintain database objects, queries, data transformations, conversion routines, and integration components using relational and hierarchical database technologies
Implement security gateways and protocols including identity, access management, JSON Web Tokens, OAuth 2.0, SSL certificates, and secure communications
Create and maintain automated unit, integration, API, database, and user-interface tests
Participate in design walkthroughs, impact assessments, code reviews, estimation, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and technical decision-making
Review, analyze, and modify build, configuration, and deployment scripts including coding, testing, and debugging
Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems arising during development, implementation, migration, deployment, and production operations
Provide post-implementation support, resolve production issues, and improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability
Prepare and maintain user, system, technical, deployment, and support documentation

Must-Have Requirements

Extensive hands-on Java development experience with Oracle, SQL, or comparable relational database technologies
Significant experience designing and developing REST APIs and RESTful web services
Proven experience with microservice architecture and applying core architecture principles to improve extensibility and maintainability
