Gather and incorporate user feedback to configure and improve existing interfaces
Collaborate closely with developers, QA specialists, and business stakeholders to achieve common project goals

Proven ability to define and lead UX projects, design workshops, and alignment sessions with stakeholders and business users
Experience managing end-to-end user research from recruiting to synthesis
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, including Figma and Canva
Thorough understanding of the limitations and appropriate use of web development technologies
Experience conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, translating them into sitemaps, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
