  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, logistics, and participant experiences for virtual, hybrid, and in-person events
  • Work collaboratively with the Director and internal teams to translate organizational priorities and member feedback into engaging programs that strengthen member value and encourage participation
  • Support the ongoing development and evolution of member-based programs, including the Affinity Program, by coordinating stakeholder input, identifying opportunities, and supporting the implementation of approved changes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, speakers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders

  • Support the development and implementation of the annual sponsorship strategy, including identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships, and coordinating sponsor and exhibitor deliverables
  • Oversee event technology and registration processes, including event platforms, website event pages, virtual meeting platforms, and technical coordination
  • Coordinate speakers, suppliers, venues, contracts, accessibility requirements, and audiovisual arrangements to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Work cross-functionally with colleagues across membership, communications, finance, and administration to deliver a consistent and integrated member experience
  • Track attendance, participation, engagement, satisfaction, registration trends, sponsorship revenue, and event expenses; prepare reports and recommendations to support future programming
  • Lead post-event evaluations and team debriefs, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate staff, volunteers, and temporary workers during major events and engagement activities
