Original job description
About LSKR
LSKR is an independent creative agency that designs work that moves people, business, and industry to action.
We don’t chase trends, awards, or attention. We build creative that drives results by connecting with audiences others overlook.
LSKR exists to close a growing disconnect between brands and the people they are trying to reach.
We are The Connection Company™.
The Role
LSKR is seeking a Content & Social Strategist to own day-to-day social execution across client work, while supporting LSKR’s internal brand and marketing efforts.
This role is equal parts writer, publisher, and operator.
Your primary responsibility is managing and executing social content for clients across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. You will work closely with client teams to publish content that is disciplined, on-message, and consistent.
Secondarily, you will support LSKR internally by helping execute social content, and contribute creatively behind the scenes across client and agency initiatives.
This is a high-output role with real responsibility and visibility.
It is an opportunity to learn how a modern creative agency actually works.
What You'll Do
Own Client Social Execution
- Manage daily social publishing across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Write clear, disciplined copy that aligns with brand voice and strategic intent
- Coordinate directly with client stakeholders to manage approvals and timing
- Maintain consistency, tone discipline, and accuracy across all platforms
- Execute LSKR’s own social publishing across platforms
- Assist in the creation of pitch decks, internal presentations, and marketing materials
- Support creative execution across clients when needed
- Build simple, clean graphics using tools like Canva or equivalent
- Apply creative judgment to layout, hierarchy, and visual clarity, especially in decks and social assets
- Know when to post, when not to post, and when to ask questions
- Client social channels are consistent, professional, and trusted
- Content ships on time with minimal revisions
- Tone stays disciplined, even under pressure or fast timelines
- LSKR’s brand presence becomes more consistent and polished
- You become someone the team relies on, not someone they have to manage closely
- 0–5 years of experience in social, content, communications, or a related field
- A strong writer with a clear, confident voice
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working fast without getting sloppy
- Creatively curious with solid taste, even if your tools are simple
- Reliable, humble, and willing to grind
- Interested in learning how strategy, creative, and execution actually come together
- Not a place to hide
- Not a meme account
- Not a passive scheduling role
- Not a role for someone who needs constant direction
Compensation & Incentives
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, and includes performance-based incentives and long-term alignment opportunities.
Why This Role Matters
This role sits close to real work, real clients, and real decisions.
You will learn how brands communicate under pressure, how agencies operate behind the scenes, and how creative gets executed at a professional level.
For the right person, this role can grow quickly.
