Program Manager | Strategic Financial Services Transformation | LTM FSTI

LTM FSTI is hiring a Program Manager to lead strategic, multi-project initiatives in Canadian financial-services technology delivery. This is a high-impact opportunity for a high-potential leader who can connect business goals, delivery controls, financial rigor, risk and compliance discipline, client assurance, and responsible AI-enabled efficiency across complex transformation programs.

LTM Financial Services Technologies Inc. (LTM FSTI) delivers technology-enabled change across Canadian financial-services operations, including banking, insurance, wealth, transfer agency, asset servicing, and enterprise platform modernization. The PMO works in a regulated, client-facing environment that values delivery rigor, strong stakeholder communication, practical use of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methods, a “Think and Act like a Client CISO” mindset, and intentional use of AI and automation to improve opportunity identification, efficiency, insight, and execution quality.

We are looking for someone who is not only ready to manage complex programs today, but who also has the potential and appetite to help shape how LTM FSTI delivers tomorrow - by innovating responsibly, developing modern practices, and growing with the industry in a time of significant opportunity.

What you will do

Lead cross-functional programs from initiation through benefits realization, integrating multiple projects, workstreams, and stakeholders.

Own the program roadmap, budgets, staffing, dependencies, risks, steering forums, and executive communications.

Build and maintain project artefacts such as work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk-management plans, metrics, status packs, and executive presentations.

Coordinate business, operations, product, engineering, QA, vendors, and support teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

Ensure strong governance and compliance with enterprise/client delivery frameworks while enabling practical execution speed.

Ensure alignment with PMLC, SDLC, CMMI, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid, and client-specific delivery standards.

Apply a Client-CISO lens to delivery decisions by proactively considering security, compliance, privacy, auditability, resilience, and risk implications for the client.

Leverage AI, automation, analytics, and delivery tooling to reduce manual effort, improve management insight, surface delivery risks earlier, and create measurable efficiency gains.

Help identify emerging industry opportunities and translate them into practical improvements in program governance, delivery execution, and client value .

Identify client-value, revenue-growth, transformation, and PMO-improvement opportunities that increase value, reduce cost, or improve delivery outcomes.

Drive change management, operational readiness, and PMO maturity improvements across the program landscape.

What you bring

15+ years of progressive IT project-delivery experience, including at least 5 years leading programs or complex multi-stream initiatives.

Demonstrated success running strategic, multi-stream programs with measurable business and operational outcomes.

Strong budget, forecast, and capacity-planning capability.

Practical understanding of GRC, cybersecurity, operational resilience, privacy, and audit-readiness considerations in client-facing delivery.

A continuous-improvement mindset with demonstrated interest in applying AI and automation responsibly to improve speed, quality, transparency, and productivity.

High-potential leadership qualities, including curiosity, adaptability, ambition, and a desire to help innovate and develop with the financial-services technology industry.

Excellent executive communication, stakeholder influence, and conflict resolution skills.

Experience operating in global matrix teams across multiple time zones, with strong presentation, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and senior-stakeholder management skills.

PMP or equivalent project/program-management certification; additional Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2, ITIL, or program-level credentials are an asset.

Financial-services experience is required; Canadian wealth, banking, insurance, mutual fund, transfer agency, custody, asset-servicing, or enterprise software platform experience is strongly preferred.

Why join LTM FSTI

Play a central role in strategic client and internal programs that shape delivery excellence and operational maturity.

Work in a PMO culture that values structured governance, client assurance, and practical continuous improvement.

Contribute to a delivery culture that anticipates client CISO expectations and uses AI-enabled ways of working to create practical efficiency and value.

Join at a time of opportunity, with room to grow, influence modern delivery practices, and help develop the next generation of program-management capability.

Help develop playbooks, planning tools, executive materials, PMO business cases, and repeatable practices that move transformation delivery into sustainable BAU operations.

Help strengthen the way complex financial-services technology programs are executed and scaled.

Work arrangement

This role is based in Mississauga, Ontario with a hybrid work arrangement. Onsite attendance is expected 2-3 days per week, and candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
