Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Service Cloud Agentforce Job Location : Canada Mississauga, Ontario
Role Objective
As a Senior Developer you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and cuttingedge AI technology You will be responsible for the endtoend implementation of Service Cloud and the strategic deployment of Agentforce to automate customer service workflows enhance agent productivity and deliver autonomous AI interactions
Key Responsibilities
1 Agentforce AI Implementation ClientFacing Onsite offshore coordination
Required Qualifications Experience 6 years in Salesforce Development with at least 2 years focused on Service Cloud Platform Mastery Advanced Apex Asynchronous Integrations LWC Lightning Web Components and complex Flow orchestration AI Data Handson experience with Data Cloud DMOs DLOs and Calculated Insights to provide the data foundation for Agentforce Integration Expert knowledge of RESTSOAP APIs and EventDriven Architecture Platform Events DevOps Experience with CICD pipelines Copado Gearset or Salesforce CLI in an Agile environment AI Familiarity Proven experience with Salesforce AI tools Einstein Bots Prompt Builder or Agentforce
Certifications Preferred Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist Highly Preferred Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
