Job title : Salesforce nCino Business Analyst
Job Location : Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
Role Summary
The Salesforce nCino Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders product owners and technical teams to deliver effective solutions on the Salesforce nCino platform
Key Responsibilities
Gather analyze and document business requirements Translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria Support and manage User Acceptance Testing UAT including test scripts and defect tracking Analyze banking and lending workflows using nCino and Salesforce Act as SME for nCino platform during discussions and training sessions Collaborate with Salesforce developers admins and product owners Track backlog sprint progress and key KPIs
Required Skills Experience
4-8 years of Business Analyst experience Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and nCino Experience in financial services banking or lending domain Strong knowledge of AgileScrum methodologies Preferred Qualifications Salesforce or nCino certification Experience with Loan Origination Systems LOS
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Information Systems or related field
Work Mode
Onsite mandatory presence as per project requirements
