Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Project Management to lead and enforce project governance frameworks
Job Description
Develop and implement comprehensive project governance structures to ensure compliance with organizational standards Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align project objectives with strategic goals Monitor project progress and governance metrics to maintain quality and accountability Facilitate transparent communication channels among stakeholders to support decisionmaking processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project governance methodologies
Roles and Responsibilities
Define approve and oversee project plans schedules and budgets ensuring adherence to governance frameworks Lead governance meetings and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures Identify assess and mitigate project risks in collaboration with project teams and senior management Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels Mentor and guide project managers and team members on governance best practices to enhance organizational capability
This is expected to be a PM that can manage Fusion projects from onsite. Fusion is a must-have. Should understand all aspects, dependencies, activities/tasks of a Fusion engagement, whether small or large. Should be able to suggest best practices to the team. The role will expand to managing multiple engagements
Should be able to manage all routine project management tasks, all coordination activities, ensuring all stake holders are appropriately engaged.
Should be able to manage not only team deliverables, but should be able to smartly manage tasks/expectations from client and client partners too.
